Hi!!

During the RQS Server installation, the user have to provide the FlexLM License Path. This path is stored with administration rights in a xml file in

Path 1: "C:\ProgramData\The REUSE Company\Requirements Quality Suite\RequirementsQualitySuite.user.xml".

The License Path can be changed in the RQS Server in case it is needed. However, the RQS Server does not have administration rights to access to the same xml file than before, so it will create a new file in

Path 2: "C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\The REUSE Company\Requirements Quality Suite Server\RequirementsQualitySuiteServer.user.xml"

Having that in mind, when there is a network communication error between the RQS Server and FlexLM, the RQS Server will setup the License Path stored in Path 1. In case this License Path is wrong or not valid, the RQS Server won't be able to start the RQS Service again.

The solution is easy: just modify the Path 1 to the right one. Remember that it is necessary to have administration rights.

Cheers! :D
