Hi!
If you don't remember the credentials to access to the administration section in the FlexLM web interface, I am afraid that the solution for that is to uninstall the FlexLM Server and install it again.
However, do not forget to avoid saving the extra information in your computer. It will ask you for that in the uninstallation wizard.
