I am having trouble with the license becoming locked, I get the error attached, "maximum number of licenses reached". This happens after the program crashes, for example when the reporting tool runs out of memory. Is there a way to release the license after a crash? I have access to the license drive where all the *.dll are kept, but I cannot reset the server outright.
