Hi everyone,
To use the RAT Web Service there is no necessity of a repository of requirements.
When the service asks, at the Web Service calls, for the connection parameters to the project, block and requirement are only used with the purpose of the identification of the requirement to analyze and to store the calculated data of the requirement properly.
So, don't worry, you can use this service by using "foo" parameters to test the Web service. But it is better if you use real parameters when integrating this service with your tools.
Hope it helps
Best Regards,
Luis Pérez
