I have reached the following message in RQA after assesing Correctness quality using an Excel file as RMS: "Several requirements are already checked out by another user".
This problem usually pops-up when the Excel file is used by another user or application. So the solution is easy: just make sure that it is not used by another user or application.
However, I am 100% sure that the file is closed and it is not used by another app (I have checked the Task Manager and there are no Excel instances). In this case, the problem could come from the Excel format configuration. You have to ensure that:
- The Code columns contains unique codes for each row
- The column's header are not empty. There are no intermediate empty columns
- The cells allows more than 255 characters
