Description

When we have a goal for quality, it is possible to design a progressive plan to achieve the desired quality by continuous improvement milestones. Then, the System Knowledge should be modelled according to theses milestones to ensure the proper integration of the technology within the organization processes and people, without jeopardizing the achievement of the quality goals.

The main objective of this course is to analyze the main processes to model the System Knowledge by applying the RQS Technology, analyze the main roles involved in such processes and discuss about advantages and risks from the management perspective.
