If you are unable to add a traceability module on Traceability Studio, there are three different scenarios that can occur:
- You cannot add, edit or delete a module because you do not have administrative permissions. Go to the Policies section in SES Server, and check that you have administrative rights for Traceability Studio.
- No connection is active in Traceability Studio. Go to the Workproduct Connections view and check that the corresponding connections are active.
- The program processing failed. Select an existing connection and open the Traceability Panel. Then, go back to the Traceability Modules view. Now, the option to add a module should be enabled.
