The access and/or use of this TRC Website attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from the mentioned access and/or use, the General Terms reflected herein.

The TRC Website provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, the “Contents”) on the Internet belonging to TRC or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the Website. This responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content. In this registration the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. TRC complies with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Data Protection Act 15/1999, dated 31 December, and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and processing of the USER’s personal data.

TRC has the duty to inform the USERS of its Website about the collection of their personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an e-mail, by completing the forms included in the Website itself or by registering for personalized services. In this sense, TRC will be held as controller for the data collected through the means described above.
