Not for a standard report. The name generated follows this structure: source_projectName_worksheetName_dateAndTime.rqa.xls. It can not be specified before generating the report, but you can edit it later through the file explorer.
Custom reports can configure the name of the file in the associated library, which is generated by our development team. Custom reports have additional costs.
