No, TRC tools do not use log4j.
However, the licensing server, FlexLM, includes it as part of an example, so it is still not used by the server. You can check their resolution here: CVE-2021-44228: Log4j vulnerability impact on FlexNet Publisher - Community (flexera.com) . The new version, 11.18.3, can be found in our downloads page: FlexLM Server (v11.18) and TRC Vendor Daemon v18.5.2
