For this common error there is a way to solve this.
First thing you have to do is to search the services in windows.
Then you have to find the lmadmin service and click in start.
If the service is not working please right click in the lmadmin and click in properties. No click in the Log On tab and select the Local system account.
Now please try to start again the service.
The error should be fixed and you will be able to enter the FlexNet.
