Hi everybody!

I have received the following question: Doesn't RQA detect numbers written in letters? Does it only work with actual numbers?
It is a wonderfull question!

The answer is yes, the system automatically detects numbers written in letters as Term Tag NUMBER. Same situation than writing actual numbers.
However, there are two things to be done for that:

Step 1. Open the same database in KM. Go to the 'Indexing Configuration' tab -> Open the 'Full Indexing' (which should be the activated one)

Step 2. In the new window, go to the 'Words to numbers' tab. Make sure that the check-box is enabled. Important: it is necessary to create the suitable transformation rules for this functionality. For that, just click on the “Create text transformation” button in the same window. Then, click on 'OK' and save the changes in KM.

Find attached some screenshot with examples and help.

Now, reload the ontology in RQA and test it again.

Hope you find this information useful.

Cheers! B)
