Hello Simon,

The tool to manage the Quality Levels is the SES Server as it is designed to be modified by an Administrator of the suite once the SES Suite has been deployed.

In the image attached, you can take a look at the control used to configure the quality level names to be displayed within the SES Suite and the ranges, based on the quality score, for each of the quality levels.
