Knowledge Centric Solutions, S.L. will process your personal data with the utmost confidentiality in order to handle your report, conduct the corresponding internal investigation, and, where appropriate, take the necessary actions. In accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, you will be informed of the outcome of the investigation within a maximum period of three months from receipt of the report, except in cases of particular complexity that require an extension of this period.

Purposes of the processing. Management and resolution of the facts reported by the whistleblower, related to breaches of the Code of Ethics and/or inappropriate practices, as well as any conduct that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense, or an infringement of European Union law.

Legal basis. The legitimate interest of Knowledge Centric Solutions, S.L., as the Controller, in relation to reports of breaches of the organization's Code of Ethics; compliance with legal obligations established for the controller by Law 2/2023; and the performance of a task carried out in the public interest regarding violations of the legal system (serious or very serious criminal and administrative offenses).
Processing of special categories of data. If data belonging to special categories are processed, such processing is carried out for reasons of essential public interest.

Data recipients. The data may be communicated to public bodies or institutions, judges and courts when necessary for the adoption of disciplinary measures, or to the Public Prosecutor's Office when the procedure falls within its competence, always preserving the confidentiality of the data, and to the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers.
Rights. The data subject may at any time exercise the rights referred to in Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection), by contacting Knowledge Centric Solutions, S.L., Internal Reporting System Manager (Whistleblowing Channel), at C/Margarita Salas nº16, 2ºD, 28919 Madrid or via email at .
