About the Reporting Channel

Reporting Channel

At The REUSE Company (TRC), we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethical behavior and legal compliance. In line with our commitment to transparency, we have implemented a Reporting Channel that allows employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any concerns regarding potential violations of our ethical standards or legal obligations.

The Reporting Channel is a secure platform for confidentially reporting any misconduct, legal violations, or other unethical behavior. The system ensures that all reports are treated with the utmost care, confidentiality, and in compliance with the relevant legal frameworks.

Key Principles:

  • Confidentiality and Data Protection: All reports are securely transmitted and stored. Personal data is protected in compliance with the GDPR.

  • Non-Retaliation: We ensure there will be no retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.

  • Secure Access: The Reporting Channel is protected with encryption (SSL/TLS) and may require authentication for additional security.
