Description:
With a budget of more than $25 billion, almost 18K employees, and over 80 science missions currently active, it is not unreasonable to state that NASA is one of the leading technological and scientific companies in the entire world.
In order to achieve the 82% mission success rate registered in 2023, NASA has developed a series of quality guidelines to be followed during the requirements authoring process within their NASA Systems Engineering Guide. These Quality Guidelines are fantastic, but how do they fare when compared to the international standard within the Systems Engineering domain?
During this session, we will be checking just that. How? Assessing an actual NASA document already public, using the Quality Rules of the INCOSE Guide to Writing Requirements (GtWR).
The bulk of this assessment will be completely automatically using the latest technology of the RQA QUALITY Management Capability, and on top of that, a quality expert will be interpret the results and share his thoughts. With a budget of more than $25 billion, almost 18k employees, and over 80 science missions currently active, it is not unreasonable to state that NASA is one of the leading technological and scientific companies in the entire world.
